How do i earn money as a Teenager?

This is a question many teenagers are asking and it's really important to know tips and tricks to earn and save money.

1.Side Hustle or Odd jobs

Having a side Hustle or odd jobs is really great to increase your income. You can start selling snacks or drinks at school by buying from the supermarket and reselling them to hungry classmates in school. This will give you a nice bit amount of pocket money and is very easy to do but depends on your school rules. You can also tutor students and charge them. Tutoring is very easy as it only requires you to know the subject better than potential customers but it is limited since unlike selling snacks at school,you can't expand it as easily.

Odd jobs are another amazing way we can make money. Unlike side hustle or tutoring,this can be done outside of school. Whether that being babysitting someone baby, cleaning someone car and many more with a lot of flexibility. 

2.Cut down on cost

Just as it's important to earn money, it's as equally as important to cut down on expenses since otherwise,you would blow all your hard earned cash on something useless and meaningless that you would not appreciate. Start by figuring out what things that can decrease your expenses whether that'll be buying from secondhand shops, buying something that will be meaningful to you for a long time and in general things you buy on a regular basis.

3.Save money whenever you can

It's very important that you save money that you earned whether through side hustle,odd jobs, cutting down on expenses, birthday gifts etc. Save 80% of your money in a safe spot like in a bank and 20% on fun just to recharge. If you save around 100$ a month for three years,you would have saved 3,600$ that you can use in the future whether that's for an emergency, education etc. Trust me,you would thank your present self in the future for being wise with your money.

Conclusion 

In conclusion,teenagers have a bunch of different ways that they can earn and save their money without having to constantly worry about the future. Remember, it's important to earn and save money as a teenager since you have something a lot of people do not have:Time. Even if it's as little as 1$ a day that you save for three years,that would be 1,095$ all from saving a measly 1$ a day.
